Jonathan and TJ were great. They were professional and quick. Got everything securely in the pod better than I know we could have. Asked if they could come early which was a help to me and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Helped me pack my car with the heavy items. Kind and courteous.

These guys came in, took charge and got the stuff in fast and with extreme care for our items. They called before arriving to let me know they were on the way and to make sure I knew they would be there. They arrived well on time, and they asked where we wanted the items then jumped right into it and had it done in under an hour!! Well worth the expense to hire the help and they were very inexpensive for the quality of work and the speed in which they completed it.

The original company I contracted cancelled on me two hours before show time, so I called HireAHelper, and they immediately began looking for a replacement. In less than 10 minutes, they called back to inform me that All-Star Movers would be able to unload my truck. (Hats off to HireAHelper for taking ownership of my problem and solving it while I could continue to my destination!!!) All-Star was able to arrive earlier than their commitment time. They were nice, friendly, hard-working, treated me with respect, and took good care of what needed to be unloaded. They worked through loading the storage unit so that some things needed more immediately would be easier to get to. I would recommend them in a heartbeat without any hesitation.

A call to discuss the details of your upcoming move, as well as some helpful tips to help you prepare prior to our arrival.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call/text with a expected time of arrival, and a final check to see if you need any addtional items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best preparation is done by having all items boxed and ready to go prior to arrival. It's also helpful to have a clear idea of what items are going and what items are not going on the upcoming move, in the case that all items are not going. Its also helpful to make it known which items are "must go" items, and which items are "if we have room left" items.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled a wide range of moves including local, long distance, office, and just about every type of move that comes to mind. We have been to 48 states during our time doing long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We have 2 favorite parts when it comes to moving. The 1st favorite is the challenge of loading items, and the game of tetris that comes with it. The 2nd favorite part is the physical workout that comes with moving, it keeps us in shape.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers on proper lifting techniques, proper loading techniques, and the many ways to protect furniture as well as protecting the floors, walls, and doorways of the house.
