Joe with E&E was great. He sent me Donell & Brittany. I only had the heavy items left but, both were quick and efficient. I WILL NOT be using Hire A Help EVER again! I was charged $278 and did most of the work myself. Hire a Helper took more money for finding the moving company, then the actual people who did the hard labor work, moving my stuff. This is unacceptable to me. I'm cutting out the middle man and hiring E&E directly next time I need movers

Joe was on responsive prior to moving day, ensuring everything was ready, especially given it was a short notice move request. He was on time the day of the move, which was appreciated. He and his crew did a great job, taking care of unloading our POD and moving things around to where we wanted things set up. They were very friendly, professional and efficient, and got everything done on time! They did a great job maneuvering our large treadmill through an awkward space too. I highly recommend them and will call again myself, for any future needs.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We call to confirm date and all items within the hour of booking sometimes minutes.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Pre arrival phone call with arrival time.We arrive inventory items start the load/ unload process.We make sure your a plan is layed out all crew members will immediately start working to get job done as quickly safely as possible .
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure your items are packed and taped with care.Have all boxes labeled best thing to use is a big black sharpie write on the box on two sides were it belongs or what items are in it.Remove any glass from furniture tables etc and pre wrap with card board and any sort of shock absorning material could be as simple as towels (saves you time)if your handy take apart bedroom furniture beds etc (saves you time) anything you can do to save the movers time will keep your moving bill low.

We have moved a twenty thousand square foot school all organised packed and delivered in the same order.

We privide loading and unloading training materials videos etc.We also instill in that our clients needs come first even if its a service that hasnt been discussed we teach get the job done with highest quality standard.
