I assisted in the unloading of all of the boxes and anything non-furniture related. When all was said and done I realized the electrical component to my coach was broken. Also realized 2 pieces to my bed frame were left in the truck. Thankfully Penske had not rented the truck after I dropped it off and were able to retrieve them. I called hireahelper and they were able to go get them and bring to me.

Have to say these guys were/are the best!!
First off not only were they on time, they called before hand To give me the heads up they’d be here shortly. Once here they were very friendly in introducing themselves then quickly got right down to business unloading our belongings from the truck. Can’t say enough about how fast they did the job, and how mindful they were of our belongings and new home and the strength they all had!!! Overall just a professional, awesome set of guys!!!

Daryl, Nate, Doug and Amp were amazing and so patient and accommodating in a stressful and unusual situation. They were respectful and went over and beyond to make the move as smooth as possible. They valued the belongings and worked very hard to transport with care. They were all hard working, helpful, patient, kind, and extremely accommodating.
