I paid for 2 guys for 4 hours. 3 guys showed up. The unexpected third guy (who I suspect was unapproved) was small, untrained in moving, and unable to handle much weight. He almost dropped his end of the furniture multiple times. The two main guys were nice and polite, but did not seem properly trained in moving and handling expensive furniture. They unloaded a 26 ft Penske truck in 2 hours, which seemed really rushed, since it had taken 4 1/2 hours on the other end to load. There was, of course, no refund for the extra 2 hours I had paid for. But, it was Christmas time and we were happy to be finished with the move, so we tipped them very well. After they left, we found a 10 inch splinter of dark stained wood on the floor. We started unwrapping shrink wrap and realized that they had greatly damaged five pieces of expensive solid wood furniture; three of the pieces of cherry bedroom furniture were totally ruined. My boyfriend remembered seeing one guy upending my 273 pound cherry triple dresser, 240 pound cherry chest on chest, and 100+ pound cherry nightstand onto a dolly and carrying each of them in by himself, instead of 2 men hand carrying the furniture like the previous company did when they loaded them. The dolly gouged, scraped, scratched, and took huge chunks out of the wood, literally rendering the furniture unable to be repaired. I was astounded. To replace the damaged furniture would cost $12,000. The insurance payout won't even cover the nightstand. I would NOT recommend this company or ever use them again!

Eugene and Anthony saved the day!!! These two gentlemen are truly a blessing for their respect of our belongings and us. Elite Enterprise has sent two angels that worked so very very hard. That kind of help and service is difficult to find nowadays! I highly recommend them

Time was allotted for them to show up between 8am to 9am. Didn't get a phone call until 9:30 am saying they were late and wouldn't be there for another 30 minutes.
Waited until 10:30 am, got no other calls, and had to call in to find out what was going on.
After that, they called, said they were 20 minutes out, no explanation as to why.
The whole time I was loading by myself from when they were supposed be there, and so when they did finally arrive, they only had to perform 30 minutes of work while I was still billed for the full time.
On top of that, I only hired two and they showed up with 3 people. The youngest guy was incredibly polite, but the other two were just complaining the entire time about how they didn't want to lift or move items. They just threw the items into the POD with no organizational skill, and I had to spend another hour afterwards reorganizing it.
Wouldn't recommend them, this was unprofessional ASF. Save your money.

They were prompt on arrival time :) They both were very courteous. We appreciated how they were able to get 98% of our stuff in the pods that we rented. One thing we learned from them was to not trust what was the recommended size of pods from the pod customer service person. If we were staying local, we would definitely be using Elite Enterprise again.
