Our movers were scheduled to arrive between 10-11 am to help us with a move. They called at 10 saying that they were running behind and would be there in 2 hours. When three hours passed they called again and said that they were still an hour away. They weren't pleasant on the phone either when informing us about their tardiness. When they showed up, they got dropped off and came to start loading the moving truck. We ended up with two high school kids who seemed like they never moved furniture before. They were so rude and unprofessional the entire 2 hours we had them scheduled. When shown what furniture they would be moving they would roll eyes and mumble under their breath. While moving the furniture out of our house and into the truck they managed to damage every wall, floor and piece of furniture that we owned. The amount of damage to the walls was around $300 and the damage to the furniture was close to $1000, some of which were antique and couldn't be repaired or replaced. When spoken to about the tardiness, the behavior and all the damage the boss had said he didn't care and that they still expected to be paid in full, and that they understand we are upset with how the move went but there was nothing they would do. My main issue is that One of them was roughly 30 minutes later than the other. I didn't want to talk about them on speaker, but the other gentleman (Jeremiah) showed up on time. They were both fast and pleasant and helpful, and even humorous. Thank you.

Our Appointment was scheduled at 9-11am on Labor Day, but they never called or text. We then texted them, they said they will be out. Then no one showed up or call, we called them again at 10:30, then they said they will be out at 11:30, then no show or no call, we called them again, then they said they will be out around 2:30. At that point, we know we had to hire a different company. Due to today is Labor Day and last minutes we had to pay extra $200 on top of we already prepaid this company. It was the worst moving experience we have ever had. We are extremely disappointed at this company. I wish Hireahelper would not use this company. Stay away from this company.
