The guys were great once they got there. The arrival time of the movers was estimated to be between 2-3 pm. They didn't arrive until 4:45 PM. I paid for two hours of service and only received 20-30 minutes. Weather was a big issue for the day but that doesn't excuse the fact that I was still billed for 2 hours of labor (x2).
We were in contact with you all day and explained the it was pouring rain all day on us so our first 2 jobs took longer than expected. Also re-read your paperwork we have a 2 hour minimum as do all Hire a Helper moving companies. Thank you and hope you had a safe trip to your destination.

They were on time and friendly. However, when I had the chance to really look at my furniture I was very disappointed as one of my dining room lchairs was split down the middle, my table had knife cuttings or I should say gouges on the edge of it. There are too many things to list here but next time I will use a professional van line to do my move. These guys are moving things so fast because they may have more than one move for the day. They don’t care about whether or how your furniture looks, just as long as they can make their next appt.
