The guys were 5 minutes early and ready to go! They did an amazing job and treated everything as if it was their own stuff. They offered to put my bed back together and help in any way they could. I could not have been happier with the help I received. My only complaint is that the Prestige Movers charged me for an extra hour I did not request or need. They called the day before my move and asked if I could start the move an hour earlier, as the appointment before mine had been moved up. I agreed as it did not impact me significantly. Unfortunately they extended my appointment by an hour instead of moving it up and then charged me for an extra non refundable hour. Hire a Helper did refund some of the cost of the extra hour but be sure to double check the duration on your confirmation email when using Prestige Moving.
