I hired 4 movers for 2 hours to unload a 20' truck. The guys who showed up to move our stuff were polite, careful with my belongings, and very strong (I had some heavy furniture and boxes). They moved everything into the house quickly and efficiently within the 2 hour window.
The only problem that I had was lack of communication with the boss-- no initial phone call to confirm the move, and I had to text him multiple times before I got a reply. They were also 30 minutes late, despite the boss asking me to change the moving window up to 7:00am from 9:00am.
Aside from these complaints, I would definitely recommend Efficient Moving Labor, and I would hire them again myself for another move.

Showed an hour look late. Were not considerate about my belongings. No tools or hand truck. Door on pods was stuck.

They got there late because of delays from a previous move. Thank is not a criticism. They worked from 9:30 PM to 2:00 AM. They didn’t postpone it to another day which would have created problems because I just sold my condo. So they were great. I would recommend you to other people.

Really great experience. They confirmed with us beforehand, showed up right on time, did exactly what we needed them to do and got it all done in our tight window of time. They were really thoughtful about how to load our things into the container and they were extra careful, since there was some light drizzle, to protect any of the cardboard boxes with plastic before taking them outside. Highly recommended, use these guys any time.

The three men - Clifford, Howard, and Manny - were excellent workers. They were on time, very prepared, very respectful of our antique furniture. They were pleasant and helpful about moving and storage. They were friendly and even though they were working very hard, we had a pleasant time. I would definitely use them again if needed. They went above and beyond what was expected - I was very relieved and happy.

I used them to Unload 3 pods over three different days. They rescheduled on me twice of the three times...once was a delay and once was actually sooner than expected. They did communicate well about the proposed changes. When here, they worked quickly and carefully, and finished unloading 16’ PODS in 1.5 hrs. Some of their team were somewhat impatient and acted as if they didn’t want to be there, until I tipped them on the 3rd day. I would give them 4.5 stars if that was a option.
