These gentlemen were excellent! They accommodated my request and met all my needs. I had a lot of stuff to fill in a 10’ truck but they were very smart enough to fit everything neatly. They also made sure that other miscellaneous items can fit in my passenger car. After purchased the service online, the office didn’t.t respond to my emails and phone calls. So, I was very nervous If they would really show up. But when they came, I immediately found that they were very courteous and accommodating. Thank you very much for your smart move helpers!

Requested and paid for three helpers - two turned up on the day.
The description when I booked promised furniture disassembly and assembly, with tools, furniture dollies and hand trollies always provided - these two turned up with nothing.
Took absolute ages to load and unload (probably because they were a person short and had no equipment).
Used the bathroom at my new apartment without even bothering to ask - we had literally just moved in and didn't even have soap / toilet rolls in the bathroom, so I try not to think too hard about what they did in there.
Definitely wouldn't bother with them again, but they (eventually) got the job done and charged the original rate (3 movers for 2 hours) for the eventual job that took 2 movers 4 hours - so that's appreciated, I guess, although the extra fee I'll now pay to have my brand new bathroom cleaned again will have to be factored in too
