Charles and his team were absolutely amazing. Car issues caused them to run a bit late but they were in constant communication and stayed past their allotted time to make up for it. They managed to get our large sectional up two VERY narrow flights of stairs with care. Super friendly and personable. Moving in was a breeze with their help. Hire them!

Please be advised, this client booked our services as ***same day emergency*** because another moving company did not show up. She booked our company late in the afternoon, we try our hardest to make every customer happy so we accepted the job. Our Labor Professionals showed up on-time within the requested hours and to take a little bit more stress off of her we reassured her that she does not need to rent a truck that we will provide the transportation/delivery. Normally we only accept 2 customers per day and our second customer was located in Pennsylvania. This job made 3 jobs for that day, when the job was completed our SLP contacted the customer and asked “why did you give us a bad review” she stated “Because the other company didn’t show up and the customer services wasn’t good. But you guys came through and made sure everything made it.” We informed her that this review will affect our company ONLY no other company, we work very hard for our reviews and since we have reopened in 2025 we have a streak of 5star reviews. This put us in a position to not help people at the last minute because they will leave reviews and put all their frustration on the company that came there for them when they were stranded. Lastly, we do not damage any furniture during our moves and the couch that was purchased was never messured for her place, it was a $5,000 couch and when we saw the door it had to go into we told her that we have to take the door off and that it will not fit unless we force it through. The measurements of the couch was 29” the door was 28” she told our Labor Professionals that we can destroy the walls just not the couch and we told her if you agree and understand then we will make sure this gets in. The couch did not fit in the Elevator and was carried up 5 flights of stairs which took 1hour just to get up using professional equipment. We just learned that the client is complaining about damages, it’s sad how people can do things like this not knowing that we have families to provide for and take care of. Just to save a few dollars, they could have contacted us and we could have taken care of them but they blocked us and do not have a heart or care about how this review can affect our company here on this platform. We hope you find it in your heart to do what’s right. Our company did not leave you stranded, our company promised and guaranteed that it will get in your apartment, our company stayed until the job was done — we didn’t abandon you as a lot of the companies do when moving within this platform. Also we have discounted you for the stress of another company’s unprofessionalism.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

On moving day, our clients can expect their Labor Professionals to arrive 30min-1hr early (on-time is late), great communication and organizational skills throughout the move, and so much more!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

1. Customers should prep each room, making it easy for their Labor Professionals to move smoothly. 2. Separate fragile from non-fragile boxes in each room. 3. All Labor Professionals(LP) starts out as a Service Provider(SP) and have to mandatorily go through an extensive professional moving training session to graduate and become a Labor Professional(LP).

Plastic wrap:
Furniture wrap is wonderful for protecting the surfaces of your furniture and appliances and it also keeps smaller parts together so that nothing gets lost during your move. Furniture wrap is also perfect for furniture with drawers because the film will keep the drawers closed without the use of sticky tape. Please be advised, NEVER tape your furniture!, ($25.00/ea.)
Rope:
We DO NOT offer rope. We provide furniture straps that will securely hold your load in place and guarantee more security than a thin piece of rope., ($25.00/ea.)
