Charles was very perfessional ,worked wth his crew hands on and gave direction to his crew with respect. As very respectful of our whole family.
Understand you company policy is to finish each job. We where scheduled at 9 am received a call at 7 am.where hoping for no layer then 3pm crew showed up 11 pm. Charles continued to keep us inform but 11pm very late and needed to rent out truck for another day, and reschedule our helper back in NY.

All Labor Professionals(LP) starts out as a Service Provider(SP) and have to mandatorily go through an extensive professional moving training session to graduate and become a Labor Professional(LP).
