The movers shows up within the requested time frame and were able to move all my furniture with the 2hr time window I had allocated. They were very efficient with carrying the items from my apt to the Uhaul (was 4 flights of stairs), as they brought a moving bag and other accessories to help with the job. My only complaint with the movers, is that the Uhaul was not packed to fix the maximum items. Towards the end of the move we were shifting items around to get the Peloton and other large items to fit. They could have stacked items at the beginning to ensure there would be enough space for everything or could have carried the bigger items to the Uhaul before all the small boxes (Movers request to take boxes first). Additionally, several items had scratches on them form the way they were packed (I provided several moving blankets to help with packing). Overall, I could have never moved everything out by myself and they were very quick with taking the items down the steps.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Every client has a unique job and we will treat each that way. Once a client books they will receive a confirmation email or phone call depending on preference. We will happily walk every client through their moving process giving advice and assistance when necessary. After all information is confirmed and client's needs are outlined the information will be passed on to our foremen and then their crews.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Foremen call about 30minutes before the crew will arrive to confirm readiness of our client. Once the crew arrives they will do a "walk through" with the client to outline client's needs and expectations while getting a "full view" of what items are to be moved. After preparing and wrapping, along with any possible furniture assembly / disassembly, the crew will complete loading or unloading depending on the job at hand. Once complete our crews will clean up the job site and be on their way!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If living in a city, clients should be prepared to get parking passes from their local parking authority for their truck. All items to be moved should be packed in boxes or in an appropriate way to be moved. Furniture items should be cleared of personal belongings and any loose items should be removed. We ask that all walk ways be clear. Children and pets should be kept clear to ensure everyone's safety.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done it all. Long distance (ie. NJ - OK, NYC - LA) We have been flown out of state to load a truck and drive it back locally (TX - NJ). We have relocated offices with cubicles and desks being rebuilt. We handle local moves and in-home moves for floor repairs. We even help with out of country moves loading in New Jersey driving truck and unloading in Ontario.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The exercise! We also love being outdoors in the elements and meeting new people everyday. Our commute is usually different everyday and it's nice to get satisfaction from a job well done and a client saying so!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members receive one on one training from the owner himself. They are quizzed on protocol and packing and wrapping technique. We strive to train healthy habits for lifting and teach proper technique when necessary. ALL of our crew members shadow a top team member for a month before their probationary period is over and they can go on job sites unsupervised.
