I am a senior citizen and I trusted these people to pack a 16 Foot PODS for me that I had rented for 2 days. The 3 men arrived on time and the woman arrived an hour later. The leader Sergil Messer lied to me and told me he could pack all my items then told me I had to make choice on what I needed to pack as there was no room for any other items. They left my furniture in the parking lot at the apartment while it was raining because he was arguing with me to waste time. They did not cover my furniture as I requested and I had purchased Blankets for the furniture. The lady that was helping them stole some clothes out of my closet as she kept staying in my bedroom and was not loading the PODS. I had purchased a brand new dress and jacket set to wear and it was in my closet before she came but was gone when she left. She kept going to her car and had put on a coat during the move and it was not cold outside. I also had some paintings taken but did not have pictures to present to company. Please do not use these people. Sergil kept wasting time by arguing with me so the clock would keep running. I called the company twice while they were there and complained and I was told to try and work it out with them. I was robbed twice the items they took and the price they charged for loading the PODS. I did not even seen the final bill $793.50 until after my credit card was charged. I had no computer and the company did not quote me a price beforehand. I ended up hiring a moving company because this was a rip off for me. He knew he could not get all my items into the PODS and tried to load and then told me too bad but you still have to pay me. PLEASE, PLEASE do not use this company!

Absolutely horrible experience. The "Crew" consisted of three kids in hoodies, on sporting the text "BAD AZZ" across the front. Pants down around the buttocks, loose shoes. NOT uniformed, NOT identified, NOT trained or experienced. The Business owner of BLUE MOVING was little better. They arrived late, after two and a half hours, one of the kids declared he was 'tired' and all done. One of the others was too cold and wet to work, he said. I asked another to pull the power cord and infrared out from under the bed. He replied There it goes, you can get it. At that point I fired the group. Had to pay $790.00 for NOTHING. Little if any support from Hire a Helper.

Hey Blue move LLC response to Mr. David review Our arrival time was 10 -11 we got at his location at the gate at 10:46 am which we was on time my crew members was in uniform that I had to approve thru Hireahelper by taking a group picture that got approved. That comment he made about "bad ass" being on one of the hoodies of my crew members was incorrect the writing on his hoodie said "Shabazz studio" .This is our second attempt to come to the Customer house prior to the first time arriving to the Customer house we had to spin back around because the customer had 2 inches of snow I ask the customer was he experiencing a lot of snow at his location and he said no so the drive was about 1hour and 39 minutes we was about 10 minutes to his house stuck in the snow one of my crew members slid off the road stuck in a corner police officer had to help him to get out so we call Hireahelper and let them know the situation They told me the only option I have right now would be a no-show or reschedule the job so guess what I did? Reschedule we did not get paid for the distance so the job was schedule for Monday we was experiencing even more bad weather with rain so I asked the customer "do you still wanna proceed moving all your items in the rain" not knowing this guy has five full pods with all heavy objects in his pod. Any items we took off the pod were getting soaking wet to the point I was trying to wipe some of his furniture off he got even more mad. He told me to "stop wiping off the water he will do it his self". So I know as a man with personal property getting soaking wet I would’ve been fustrated too. So I tried to make everything quick as possible by trying to use some of the blankets off the stuff we already brought in the house He told me not to worry about it so the job was originally scheduled for 6hours so my mind is telling me wait Until the rain stop But that day it was 90% chance of rain all day I got through two pods that took me 3 1/2 hours and we sti
ll have three more pods to go the walk alone to his front door was 30 feet and the second driveway was approximately 49 feet so would’ve been an all day job being heavy rain and cold weather I did not get no support from hireahelper the 3 1/2 hours that we supposed to get paid for doing a job after the customer wanted to cancel the rest of the day Because his mattress got a little wet knowing that is raining basically wasted my time and money that we lost because he’s in his feelings. But we came to still do a job that I am very disappointed about because I know it was not safe for me and my crew members the profanity the customer had towards two of my crew members was uncalled for I had to straighten that out between my crew and the customer so I cancel the job the customer did not want to pay us for the 3 1/2 he only paid me for three hours knowing that the job was supposed to be six hours of pay so by the end of the day we are a five star company that strive for excellence next time please check the weather we do not control Gods work
I had to get Hireahelper to get him on the phone to agree to pay me for three hours which he agreed too. One more thing I forgot to add when you have crewmember come to your house and you don’t have your dog put upTrying to attack us that is a problem. Out of all my jobs that I have successfully completed never experienced that in my life.

This was the worst moving experience I have ever had! I had become sick after the move and I was not able to respond sooner to a review.
Do not use Blue Movers!
I had a brand new washer and dryer moved by Blue Movers and it looks like its 20 years old now. The top to the dryer was sitting up and I have no idea why. Both appliances have really bad scrapes and scratches on them and the metal is actually ripped with holes. I have missing handles to my nightstands too. They also moved them.
