We paid for 4 hours worth of service and they rushed and also were rude said they didn’t understand why we didn’t know where we wanted stuff and that we should have been better prepared-all boxes were marked but they weren’t reading them which didn’t make sense to me and were upset when we couldn’t find the screws or directions to put our beds together and argued with my husband when they had unloaded the truck after 1 hour wanted to leave but we paid for 4 hours and ended up leaving without saying anything I will never recommend that kind of work or attitude to anyone we are paying for a service not a rush job and to be talked down to.

I was in a bad situation when the moving crew I had retained cancelled the night before the move at 10:00 PM on a job that was 200 miles away. So at 4:00 AM the day of the move I found Hire A Helper and arranged everything online and set off to travel to the move. When I got to the location they were already there and ready to go. They were polite, efficient, knowledgeable and packing professionals and did everything. It turned what was a bad situation into such a successful and pleasant experience I can’t express my appreciation enough. Thank you!!!
