I won’t say “don’t book them” bc they were fast, communicative, polite, and as far as I saw none of our stuff was damaged. I will say intimidation wasn’t okay, there was a simple miscommunication, I didn’t ask for a refund, I didn’t ask them to fix it, I asked why it happened and said it was fine and I would figure it out. He responded by telling me “don’t mess with me” “come down here” over and over, and saying he doesn’t believe I own the property, and telling me it’s a recorded line at the end of the 3rd conversation. Again, I wouldn’t say never book them bc they did a good job and if the miscommunication didn’t happen I would be referring them, intimidation when I was simply asking what happened isn’t okay though. God bless, I don’t want to hurt yalls reputation or business bc I know yall work hard for yall business and yall do do a good job, like I said the intimidation wasn’t right especially when I’m not asking for a refund or to fix the problem for free.
Dear Ms. Pickle,
I am writing to express our deep concern over the recent events during your move. We felt it necessary to report this matter to the police due to alarming actions that placed our team in significant danger.
During the move, we discovered an open grenade inside your pod. This reckless act was not only shocking but also threatened the safety of my team, who were understandably frightened. We only aimed to assist you but found ourselves in a potentially life-threatening situation.
Despite the danger, we chose to continue the job, believing we could safely complete the small tasks left. However, it became increasingly clear that your actions were intended to manipulate the situation. You had claimed that you would not be on site, prompting my presence to oversee the move.
Your instructions to my team regarding the placement of your belongings were recorded. Initially, you confirmed which areas were accessible and even noted that they could access the mobile home. However, when we completed our work, you suddenly changed your tone and began making unfounded accusations.
Your behavior, including your insistence that your belongings were placed incorrectly after you had praised our team, raises serious doubts about your intentions. It appears you were attempting to deceive our company for your own gain.
Now, we must take this situation seriously. Not only have we documented all communications and the circumstances surrounding this incident, but we have also alerted the authorities. Placing a dangerous item intentionally to intimidate and manipulate is a significant offense.
Moving forward, we will pursue legal action for defamation and any damages incurred. We must ensure that other innocent parties are not subjected to such alarming tactics in the future.
We urge you to reflect on your actions and take responsibility for your choices rather than attempting to tarnish our reputation unjustly.
Sincerely,
Larry Davis
