The guys were very nice. They arrived 30 minutes late after we confirmed the start time that morning. One of the guys stood around and watched at times which caused them to go over the 2 hour time frame. I had to pay for an additional hour as a result. My kitchen table is now damaged as well as many other items due to the way the truck was loaded. I wouldn't use them again.

The driver called @ 7:22am for directions missed his call called him back gave directions. He arrived 7:42am. He was rude started job around 8:am. Started moving couch with his helper. They got in a big fight outside my home. My neighbor came to check on me. The boys were still arguing and they tore my couch , scratched my floors wood and marble in foyer plus door frame. The main helper was rude and his helper wanted to leave job. He told me the guy just asked him to come help him. He wasn't a regular mover. It was obvious neither of them were. They were not professional in moving with any of my furniture. I was helping lift and I am 68 female. The driver came for payment around 9:am I cackled to release. He left the other boy who lived far away. He called his mother who was very upset as he had surgery on his leg. Wasn't supposed to be doing that job. She asked me to meet her I drove her soon to location near SW FRWY. I called owner of company told him damages an what driver did leaving other boy he even threw the boys clothes out his car in drive area for parking at my town house. I was frightened as to their behavior. My front door key and my extra keyless car key are gone. The driver sent me a text which I reported all this info. 11:17 pm driver call me back Sunday nite. He didn't leave a message. Changed lock on my front door but my car key $600.00 is gone. This was the most unprofessional movers ever and I was put in a very bad situation. They should not be movers. This is 3rd time I've used Hire a Helper and I have never experienced this before. Now the driver has sent me a text plus late 11:17 pm he called my phone. Unacceptable plus I called their boss after they left job gave him all this info but that was that morning after move and texts on my phone next 2 days and phone call. My home in Houston is secure we changed lock front door but someone has my key to my car. I am afraid of driver especially now with him text and calling me not to me damage to my couch which I had to leave and damages to my home. I'm not sure ever use HIRE HELPER AGAIN

Second time I have used TKO and second time I was very pleased with the service. The 2 movers arrived early and ready, once they started they never stopped even when I would mention to them that they can take breaks (it was a hot humid day moving from 3rd floor). The two gentlemen were very polite and respectful, they communicated well and completed the job within the scheduled time which saved me money. I would highly recommend this group for your job.

Everything started out great. Had to make time adjustments and they were very accommodating. Movers showed up, but lacked a sense of urgency. Did not treat my furniture with any care. Found lots of damaged items once we were unloading. Based on that, I would not recommend.

The team was great. They called at the appointment time and said the job they were on was going to keep them a little longer than expected. When they arrived they got right to work and didn't stop until the job was finished. We will use they again. I have no complainants with the job they did.

Well-mannered polite young men who are capable of carrying the heavy stuff. This may not be a professional moving crew, but for the price, they were exactly what I needed. Just a couple extra hands for a couple hours.
