This review is REALLY late, so I apologize for that! Date of the move was 3/14/15.
I have moved plenty of times in the past, but I have never used movers before. I was nervous about it, to be honest. The price... could I trust the movers...etc. So, when I went to the U-Haul website, it gave me a list of local movers in my area. Five Start Moving Crew was at the top of the list, with STELLAR feedback. I called Hire A Helper and the price seemed right. The process was seamless and I was satisfied. Shortly after booking them, I received a call from the owner of the moving company. He called to go over the details of my move and to see what exactly he needed to bring to ensure the best move possible. I appreciated his communication and the care that he clearly showed. On moving day, he was running about 20 minutes behind, but he called and explained that he left the furniture pads at home and that was the reason for the delay. I appreciated the communication. When he got to my old apartment, he was very friendly and ready to work. His partner was also very nice and started up right away. They both worked efficiently and were extremely careful with all of my items. When we got to the new place, he even brought items into each room where they needed to go. I just thought he was going to put everything in the living room! They really went the extra mile, in my opinion! My only regret was that I was not able to give them the tip they deserved! I felt bad about it, but he said that "something was better than nothing". If I ever have to move again, I will DEFINITELY use them! 100% professional, not shady and very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for making my move an easy one!

Anthony and his team did a great job helping me in a time of need. After relocating to Milwaukee and needing same-day assistance, Anthony's team was on time, courteous and respectful. They were able to get the job done efficiently and helped us to organize as we unloaded our U-Haul.
