Movers very knowledgeable about protecting items and wood flooring. Helpful in suggesting how to pack storage locker effectively. Efficient with loading and unloading.

horrible service. They were late and did not know what they were doing. Furniture was scratched, including antiques. I would not recommend them nor hire nor hire a helper to anyone. Hire a helper was no help with the issues either.

The service was OK.
When packing the items from the kitchen.
They left two drawers unpacked and not moved. Contained kitchen utensils and new kitchen towels I had just bought. The landlord disposed of them. I think I would receive some type of compensation back. They packed everything else in the kitchen. Don’t know why they didn’t open the two small drawers to pack ? Those items I will have to replace !!!!

. . . or maybe more than 5. They went out of their way to get our stuff out of the containers and into the house. They were a great help with assembling our furniture and VERY easy-going. My wife commented that they were perfect gentlemen, and they even took the time to put our cat's " cat tree " together. We'd be glad to have them help us or any of our friends.

we contact you and introduce ourselves, answer questions and get a idea of what we need for the move. (special instructions) Another call is made to you the day before to check the progress and make sure we are all still on same page

we bring floor protection, tools, dollies and straps. First we begin with laying runners and walking threw with customer. Next we start the load / unload
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
to save time or money you may disassemble tables, remove dresser mirrors although, We have no problem including this in our service
What types of moves have you handled?
all moves are accepted. commercial or residential we handle any moving service you may need

Most all the crew has been trained by years of being on the job. Some tricks to the trade are taught by each other during the time we are together working
