Rawle was communicative right from the start. He was friendly, respectful, careful, and prompt. I did not get the impression the crew was milking the clock, but simply hard working men doing the job they are paid to do and I appreciate them. I am hiring them to unload my two pods as well.

Yes, I would hire Helping Hands again. Great overall experience with Hire A Helper and Helping Hands. All communications from Rawle were timely and very professional.
Rawle and his help arrived on the dot on an early, cold Sunday morning. This was at a time rescheduled from the day before due to crew illness but this and a previous reschedule on my end were handled well.
We all worked fast and focused to get the unload done efficiently. Between what I had and what he had, we had all of the equipment needed. I recommend for the future that they bring a second dolly (I had one) and also a non-skid pad for the truck ramp which I did not have and thankfully we were OK that morning. This non-skid pad is something rental trucks and renters will never have and it is for the safety of he and crew if there is condensation or rain on the unloading ramp. I recommend safety-toed boots and gloves for all crew in the future. ++cj

They did an excellent job; they were punctual, hard-working, and very responsive to my requests/directions. I did have to show them a few tips on packing items to save maximum space ( as a mom of 3 kids and having moved numerous times in my life, I utilize every available space possible).
They also worked over the designated time to help me finish the job.
