They were not prepared for the job but they worked hard. They had no idea where to put things in an orderly manner by the labels on the boxes. They complained about taking items upstairs when they were informed prior to the job. Referring to being respectful of our property and goods, they were very careless with our furniture and scratched the walls. In the job order, they were supposed to be prepared with tools to put furniture together if needed (ex. Kitchen table). I would not would not hire them again.

We got off to a rough start but before I was about to cancel, I called John, and then I felt totally reassured things would be a perfectly fine. So glad I called back!!! The day of, I was running late, coming in from out of town...they called and said they would be at the storage 30 minutes later than I expected...it was a BLESSING! I was able to slow down. Once they arrived, they were about business. Knowledgeable about how to pack and stack. An abundance of common sense which you can't take for granted when you hire people to move your stuff. I didnt label my boxes (shame on me)! They were thoughtful and supportive. They kept things moving. Done in no time. Thanks guys!!!! One of the most direct no BS moves in a long time, and I move alot. Folks, on behalf of movers be honest if you have a lot of stuff that needs to be moved. It burns them out if you have more than they expect.
