Long review, many details.
Requested two people for two hours to offload a 15' Zippy Shell container. The total time, including: arrival, walk through of premises, set up, all the way to closing the container doors when finished was 50 minutes. Super fast. Disclaimer, 90% of the stuff was packed in standardized plastic crates which are easy to stack on the dollies; I helped with a couple of those light, tricky and time consuming items - the ones you have to make a dedicated trip for and you can not stack them on any others, so that the movers would focus on the heavier stuff and stay within the two hours. Takeaway: to help the movers do their job at their best, pack stuff as solidly as possible.
I have not finished unboxing nor unwrapping all items but so far nothing seems to have broken nor scratched during offloading.
Opportunities for improvement for the service providers:
- Keep the internal company problems to themselves. From the moment the movers arrived, I knew the company had an internal scheduling problem because the leader of the group was on the phone constantly complaining about someone and something with offensive language. NEVER to me as a customer. This went on for the first 30 min.
- Use all the information, equipment, tools and team members available to do the work. A couple of things happened: (a) I filled out the form online that requests the estimates of what will be offloaded. I entered as many details as I could to give the movers a heads up. When the movers arrived, the leader was carrying the report in his hands and has clearly not read it. He asked me a couple of questions that I had answered in the report. So, if you ask us to spend the time answering the questions, please spend the time reading our answers. (b) In some cases, for the heavier items, when a team member was by himself, he would drag the item through the container floor. Given the item was wrapped, however, dragging can rip the wrapping and then scratch the item. Instead of dragging, he could have waited for his colleague and, together, lift the item into the position wanted and then onto the cart. Like I said, so far nothing has shown up as scratched or damaged by the moving service, and I doubt anything will. But if you have sufficient help, use it. (c) Same with the equipment available. A couple of times the team prioritized speed over safety of the items and did not use all the tools available - like a little platform on wheels to move boxes around instead of stacking them and sliding them on the container floor.
As stated above, I will move again and will hire this team again. So far, they have been the best movers we had, and we moved three times in the last two years, which means three pick ups and three deliveries. These comments are nitpicking on the finest details to help the company be as close to perfect as possible, and for the customers reading this review to prepare well and be able to direct the movers to their desires.

Despite all of our boxes and items being organized and labeled they loaded our truck with no regard for our items or attempts to stay organized. Boxes labeled this side up were upside down, items that were fragile or require special handling were not handled any different. Both of our TV's were damaged in the move as a direct result of the haphazard way there were loaded. Also they claimed the truck was full and couldn't fit all of our items, yet in less than half an hour I was able to move a single piece of exercise equipment and load the rest of our items with no trouble. 2 of the 3 men were extremely rude unpleasant to interact with making discussion of these issues even more difficult to deal with on moving day.
