Despite the movers being an hour and fifteen minutes late to a move that was on a time crunch due to same day delivery/pick up of our PODS, the two men were very nice, polite, hard workers who asked where to place furniture to eliminate any extra moving that would be needed if it was out of place. I truly believe their tardiness was not due to them, but to the scheduler who assigns the jobs/moves. The person in the office we dealt with however was a different story. Rude, dismissive, and aggressive with my wife over the phone. He insisted he knew "how PODS works" insisting that their promised delivery time would not occur and he purposely scheduled the movers later with the promise they could be sent earlier if the PODS "arrived on time". Well, as expected, PODS was exactly on time and the movers were late. By the time the movers arrived the PODS was already 15 minutes from the start of its pick up window. Due to the fact that we are in a city setting without a private drive or lawn to store the PODS, same day drop off/pick up was necessary. We will not be using this service again, nor will we recommend it to any friends or family. Again, the issue is not with the movers, but with the office we dealt with.

They were early. They were prepared with items such as blankets to put down and wrap around the furniture as necessary and on the floor. They worked extremely hard. They were very respectful of my property. I would use them again.

Came late BUT made up with 4 helpers for the price of 3!! Even the owner came and everyone worked very hard and went the extra mile to pack our furniture securely. Would recommend to friends.
