They absolutely f**ked me. Destroyed my brand new LG G3 tv. Dropped it and then offered me 50 dollars as compensation. The movers themselves were woefully slow, probably because they were tiny guys. I wouldn't peg them as weighing more than a buck fourty. Took two guys four and half hours to move what the last moving company took an hour and a half to move. This company is a joke and if you go with them make sure to get secondary insurance because they will break your s**t and tell you to go lick a beanpole.

Movers damaged couch when moving into new place. The couch itself was a sectional which has a longer section. While trying to move into new place the entire length of the couch is scraped at the bottom at the bottom. The movers tried 6 times to move into the place along with trying to move through read slider which only damaged it further. I had to show them the sectional part needed to be stood up once it cleared the entryway for entry.
They were however very pleasant and did move everything else with care including by wrapping all items.

Airus Movers were a delight to work with for our move! I had an address change, and their customer service was easy to contact and were very accommodating. The guys arrived early and got right to work loading my stuff on the truck. Unloading was the same, they were careful, efficient, and quick getting everything into the proper rooms. While I hope I don't need to move any time soon, I would gladly use them again!

After driving cross-country for four days I decided that I did not have the energy to move everything out of the 16 foot truck I had rented. I booked with Airus Movers LLC the morning of the day I wanted service. I got two confirmation emails from Hire a Helper, but not from Airus. When I did not hear anything back, I called the mover, Ruslan, on his direct number. He took care of everything and arrived a half an hour after I spoke with him. He and his co-worker were quick, courteous, and moved everything as instructed.
