We were expecting 2 men to unload our Pod. A male and a female showed up with a child that had to wait in their van while the adults did the work. Not very professional.

The movers were great - Good communication prior to the job, great job!
It would have been better for the company to explain the addition of the "Move Protection Fee" - an additional fee of nearly $49; it should be listed together with the advertised charge for the movers. I'm not sure what that was for or why it was so much.
