Movers were great and friendly!! Prestige saved us at the last minute as the other moving company was a no show today. Despite the hot weather, heavy furniture and trek up 3 flights of stairs to our third floor apartment they were positive, respectful, professional and in good spirits!! We truly appreciated all of their hard work today!

Malcolm, the team lead, Makahi, Caleb & Mark were our unloaders for 3 -16 ft PODs at our new home. The four of them arrived in a single car on time and worked hard in the heat of the summer. They were respectful of our desired locations for our furniture and many boxes. They were thankful for us providing some fruit & asked permission to use the restroom and have some ice water. We found the four of them to be sociable & excellent communicators. We would recommend this crew for future moving work.

Please do not hire these people. Only 1 person initially showed up (we hired 2), a 2nd person showed up over 39 minutes late and we were told he was hired last minute from Craigslist (so not a professional mover), and they didn’t follow a single direction. It took us over a week to find all of our stuff because boxes were not put in correct places. Owner was completely unprofessional because he was “at the gym and couldn’t talk to” us. Hireahelper wasn’t great at resolving the issue either. Next time I will avoid their services at all costs.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
What types of moves have you handled?
Prestige Movers handles local & long distance moves (we love long distance), commercial, office, events, same place relocation, evictions, and much more.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Every move is different, we love repeat customers and enjoy being out in the field !
