The workers were very courteous. My problem: although I had contacted Prestige prior to the moving date re an armoire and wardrobe...it is the armoire I have an issue with. They loaded it on its side without any protective cover; I brought this to their attention and they attempted to rectify it. We shall see what it looks like when delivered.
The other main issue...why did they fill the container w/furniture...AND THEN FILL IN WITH BOXES! They walked on top of a buffet top and white sofa, MANY times. DUH? Why wouldn't they fill w/boxes all along as the container was filled w/heavier objects? PLUS...it wld have been easier for them.

These movers were so careful with what they were doing. They packed our POD very tightly to ensure our stuff wouldn’t be damaged. They were very courteous and professional. They worked quickly and got a lot done for the time were paid! Our guys Reid and Jay were so on it! Great service!!

The guys busted butt, in 4 hours they accomplished what would have taken my wife and I a week to accomplish. They were respectful and handled our goods carefully. Packed that POD to the extreme. They did a great JOB!!!

Excellent communication, before the move and day of the move. Flexible on the arrival time (I was delayed with moving truck).
Ron and Reed are two amazing young men. They were courteous, funny, engaged, and attentive to my requests during the loading. They treated my furniture, packed boxes, and motorcycle with care. They worked efficiently and quickly in the Florida heat.
2 bedroom / 2 story house was loaded into the 16' truck and ready to roll in exactly 2 hours.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will have great communication with the company. You'll receive top of the line dedicated Movers to help you professionally load your, pod containers, rental truck, semi-truck trailer or unloading help. We make sure customer receives 100% satisfaction.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
What types of moves have you handled?
Prestige Movers handles local & long distance moves (we love long distance), commercial, office, events, same place relocation, evictions, and much more.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
