I had a very good crew to help unload my POD. They arrived on time, were careful and gentle with my belongings, and placed everything in the appropriate place within the room it was destined for. If I had another moving job in the future I would certainly use them again.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience working with these movers. From start to finish. Called the day before to adjust the time based on their availability, then they arrived 30 min after their hour arrival window.
But the actual moving and packing was terrible. Movers were pushy and items were handled carelessly. A table that has made 4 moves over the last 6 years without issue was destroyed. After ignoring instructions they tried to force it through the door way, got stuck, then tried to take off the legs off half in and half out of the house, resulting in significant damage to its sides. It's now on the side of the road for disposal. There were several places where items gouged the walls, and one where an item was pivoted on wood flooring and left a large mark.
I didn't realize how bad the packing into the pod was until I went out to double check after everyone left. Boxes were sideways, up side down, one had the glass container in it shattered and it was leaking on the other boxes (upside down). A box was smashed after placed to straddle and exercise bike and then many boxes with books stacked on top of it. If it was label "books" or "Heavy", some how it was on the top. If it was labeled "Fragile" or "Decor", it was at the very bottom of the stack. An expensive computer monitor was placed precariously and hanging on by an inch of a ledge with a 3 foot drop below it to the ground. I had to repack about half the items.
I attempted to resolve by messaging the company directly via the number they had been texting. Included pictures of all the above. They have not responded. Would not recommend this company if you value your items or home.

100% would hire these guys again! Super fast and courteous and very communicative. Told me multiple times that I had no need to help them and then moved my stuff like bosses. Hire them and you won’t regret it!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
