They were on time and respectful however when the arrived there was an extremely strong smell of marijuana. Normally I’d be ok but then they instantly started the timer which again I would normally understand but if you are going to be showing up high obviously time and efficiency goes out the window. Multiple things were dropped, a mirror dropped(luckily didn’t break), boxes with “fragile” on it were dropped and we didn’t fit everything into the unit as they said it would. Furniture dragged and multiple things dinged up. I expected it but again not the best moving experience. I was then Approached when we were 12 minutes over that an extra hour would be added and to close the order. At this point I was upset and said ok I saw that I could add 30 minutes and then was asked to tip on the site which I did not for reasons mentioned above. Again respectable and on time but not experienced enough and clearly stoned right before. Ton of drops and not effective or efficient. Would not recommend. Sorry fellas

Jay and his partners are a great duo. They are so nice and patient. I was so worried that everything wasn’t to get in time and they assured me that everything would be fine and they were absolutely right. Great agility and super quick loading and outstanding truck packing skills. Friendly and easy to work with and very strong. They were careful turning corners and treated our stuff with care. They did an awesome job and I would recommend them to help you move.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
