Unfortunately, I was the very last move of the day. I was the third move. I knew that that could potentially be problematic because they might be tired from their previous work or ill tempered. I can say that their attitudes were generally good, though I could tell that they were tired and getting somewhat frustrated with each other. The main reason why my review is so low and why I would never, ever use them again nor refer them was because of their lack of expertise. They were emptying a storage and unfortunately for my family the heavier items were towards the back of the space. Rather than take the time to empty the space to get to the heavier items so that they could put them on the truck first and safely they loaded the items in towards the end of the truck. And because of this a number of items, glass items, we're damaged. As I got to the back of the truck during the unloading I noticed that things were really placed haphazardly and the truck just did not reflect that these were professional movers. This may have been the case because the owner of the company left to feed his dog. I don't know. I just know that I'm going to have to spend a few hundred dollars getting things repaired a headboard was damaged because of the way a bike was put into the truck. It's just very very disappointing and disheartening. I could not in good conscience refer or recommend prestige Movers, and I would actually give pause about utilizing Hire a Helper in the future.

Absolutely excellent. The two gentlemen assisting us showed up early, and worked tirelessly to clear our two trucks in under 4 hours. They were friendly, careful, efficient and ensured that the staging was what we wanted. They also immediately reported any issues found with the contents of the truck. I would happily entrust this company with any further tasks or moves. Highly recommend!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will have great communication with the company. You'll receive top of the line dedicated Movers to help you professionally load your, pod containers, rental truck, semi-truck trailer or unloading help. We make sure customer receives 100% satisfaction.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
What types of moves have you handled?
