I think if you are using them as an "emergency" moving company they might be great...? I had a scheduled move and they showed up 3 hours later than scheduled, their excuse was "you know we help with emergency moves too". I'm pretty sure that you should take care of the people who are paying you as a guaranteed move first then take care of the "emergency" moves. Sorry, I wasn't thrilled with this company, I don't like when people show up late and make excuses. They obviously are looking to make as much money possible and don't care much about accountability. Also, they won't pick up their phone if they are running late, I had to call Hire A Helper and have them get it touch with the company. Then they told me they had already taken care of it and talked to my husband.... which was like two minutes before that and already an hour and a half after they were supposed to be there.
Apparently they moved everything in nicely though and were polite. I had nothing against the individuals who actually moved our items, just with the company itself.

Niko and Diego did an amazing job loading our super heavy and awkward pieces. They worked FAST and made incredible use of the space in our truck. Each piece of furniture and every box was handled with care. They also treated our house with the same respect as if it was their own. Big thanks, guys!

First, the move was scheduled for noon and the movers didn't show up until after 4 PM. We called them multiple times to get a response, and after talking to the owner of the company, someone finally showed up. Then, after they did show up, they were not professional and they damaged the floor when they moved our furniture. The guys worked hard, but this was NOT a positive experience to say the least. I would NOT use this company again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will have great communication with the company. You'll receive top of the line dedicated Movers to help you professionally load your, pod containers, rental truck, semi-truck trailer or unloading help. We make sure customer receives 100% satisfaction.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
What types of moves have you handled?
Prestige Movers handles local & long distance moves (we love long distance), commercial, office, events, same place relocation, evictions, and much more.
