Day before my move Prestige Movers got a better offer moving furniture in a new restaurant and so my 9:00 appointment turned into an 11:00 appointment with their "back -up" team.
I had 3 dozen moving blankets I rented to cover furniture. Back-up mover used six stuffed the other thirty in the back of truck. Mover and Prestige Movers owner were basically unreliable and uncaring. Any comment or concern was answered with " l do this all the time. It'll be fine. When the moving crew was unloading. They would point out everything that appeared damage before they unloaded. They were very Professional. They took pride in their work and apologized for someone in their Profession doing such poor work.

I hired Prestige Movers to help us load 2 Pods with all of our House stuff , the guys that came to do the moving and loading were Jay , Nate and Ray, they were great they were on time and very professional, they brought everything out of the house into the Pods and they did an amazing job clearing up our attic which was loaded with a lot of boxes and all of our Christmas decorations etc etc this guys are hard workers they definitely know what they are doing , I didn't get to speak to anybody from their office as I called and didn't get any answer but again the crew showed up on time and they even called when they were 20 minute away to let us know they were on their way and worked nonstop , GREAT JOB

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
