I was robbed by this company. They were scheduled to send out 2 workers for my move, HOWEVER they only sent 1, I've called on numerous times to report damages and missing a person, he "swung by" tried to hire my son and his friend (who were doing the work themselves because the guy as nice as he was wasn't working well at all! (neither was his girlfriend). They broke several items of my store products and I STILL cant get this PERSON on the phone for my money back!!! and to report the damages!!!!!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
