Good: owner communicated and confirmed my needs early. Team called ahead and arrived on time. Crew was courteous and respectful. Did not damage any furniture while hauling out of house to PODs. Available for extra loading hours.
Bad: team was inexperienced with loading PODs. Prestige lists providing complimentary tie-down rope; however, the crew leader did not bring any, nor did he know how to tie knots. I anticipate the load will shift in transit and block the door from opening. Crew did not adequately wrap furniture with shipping blankets. Crew slid heavy boxes and/or a crate inside the house and scratched hardwood floors (two 6-ft long scratches diagonally across more than dozen floor pieces—crew lead admitted fault to Prestige owner over the phone). Owner requested I send photos of damaged floor to his email so that replacement of damaged floor pieces could be arranged. No acknowledgement of receipt nor receipt of follow-up email.

Prestige Movers did an excellent job for us! They notified us when they would arrive and showed up at the time they said. They were friendly, courteous, and extremely hard workers. They took care of every detail. We highly recommend them!

Last minute movers needed to help my elderly grandparents move their things into a POD. They did not pack the POD completely leaving unused space. I paid for 3 hours in advance and they barely stayed for 2 hours but yet I was charged the entire amount. The workers were described as lazy and not wanting to move certain items. I am completely appalled at HireAHelper and this moving company especially for ripping me off.

These guys were amazing!! Helped me move on very short notice, and drove a long way to get here. Were a little late because of traffic/construction, but they communicated that with me. Very professional and fast!! I would recommend them to anyone.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will have great communication with the company. You'll receive top of the line dedicated Movers to help you professionally load your, pod containers, rental truck, semi-truck trailer or unloading help. We make sure customer receives 100% satisfaction.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
