This gentleman was ontime, prepared and ready to load a 26' Penske rental truck in the 2 hour time allotment. His attire was professional, he was courteous, knowledgeable of the whole loading process, extremely efficient with no waste of time, with very meticulous care taken with the proper use of a hand truck moving fragile items. Overwhelmingly impressed with this company and to mention how incredibly helpful and understanding the customer service is. I will call this company for my future moving labor help and highly refer this company to anyone seeking the best, no stress moving experience

Loading was poor. My wife had to coordinate the loading of our second truck due to the fact they used maybe 1 of the 5 dozen furniture pads we provided. When we opened the truck the movers loaded, it was horrendous. We completely lost a wardrobe and a dresser due to them being destroyed when items shifted from not being secured. We also had significant damage to a side table and a few other wooden pieces. When I informed the owner, he said he would talk to his guys, then instructed me to release payment. No offers to inspect. No offers to cover damages. Just a give-me-my-money message.
The unloaders were very good. We appreciate their hard work and feel sorry they had to deal with the poor loading from the first crew. None of them had any equipment, like the first crew did, so the process was slow. I took the hand trucks I had rented back, as the first crew told me they would be unloading. Since the 4 that unloaded were all new guys, no one knew to bring any tools.
Many of the screws and bolts for our beds were missing due to being lost by the first crew. I found over a dozen on the floor of the truck. The owner insisted they put the parts in drawers, but since I found a dozen on the truck floor, and another 8 on a shelf in the old house on my way out, the majority were not secured properly.
I would not recommend this company to move anything of value. They might be acceptable as junk haulers, but their lack of concern for my belongings was enough to make me never want to use their service again. There are better options out there with companies that will stand behind their work and not leave you with damages.

Did not pack the well. I spent $600 and then had to rent another trailer because the way they packed. I had bags in my room for clothes for our move and they grabbed those first to put in the back of the truck. I'm glad I saw them so I could retrieve them. Anytime we said anything about how they were just putting random stuff in their they said we're doing the best we can. I didn't know I would have to micromanage. They also wouldn't put our television sets in the truck. I spent another $150 to have to pack another trailer. I had 2 bikes. One was a trike. They put them in there with some boxes and left a lot of unnecessary space. I cannot believe this cost $600 and I still had to rent another trailer. They also left back doors open and one of my cats got out. I never found him. He was my autistic's son's emotional support animal. They left their emply water bottles and a can of snuff behind. They asked constantly what needs to go multiple times. It was a very stressful and horrible day. I am now 2 days behind on my move. They are the worst movers I have ever had and the most expensive. I wouldn't hire them to unpack groceries from my car. You think with how much it cost, that it would have been better. Never again.
