We would like to Thank you for taking your time to leave us a review and we do appreciate any and all feedback. We are our hired just for the labor portion of The move, per hire helper agreement. You're all responsible for having a boxes, tape, blankets, etc. All my teams they all provided with moving straps and dollies which they do bring to every single job. It is up to the description. If they do wish to you you utilize those items or not. I do have some pictures from the job that job was on a very rainy and nasty day so I'm sure they're moving slow to be safe and cautious not to drop and damage anything on the walk from the home down the driveway to the truck. As far as organizing the truck that the pictures I received, everything tends to be an odor. If you have some of other pictures I'll be more than happy to take a look at them and if need be I'll be happy to talk to the team about organization. Based on the weather we do take breaks if it starts to get too heavy of rain or bad. Thunderstorms or just a chance to warm up and dry off a little bit. The two individuals But we did send out there. They both do smoke nicotine products which prayer company policy. They're all supposed to smoke that in and around their vehicles, not around the truck or the driveway where the customer's home. Especially on rainy days like that. But I do apologize for any inconveniences. I really wish the possible organization + the the smoke would have been brought to my attention sooner and I would have been more than happy to speak with the team and get them back on track.
