I made a few calls to the company beforehand, mostly to calibrate my expectations on the day of the PODS container loading; the company staff were most helpful in answering my questions. The two assigned personnel showed up right on time, and we appreciated their willingness to wear masks during these COVID-19 times. They were efficient and experienced, especially when it became evident that it was going to be close as to whether we could fit our all apartment belongings into the 16ft container, yet they made it all fit! We—and our backs—are glad we used this service and recommend them to anyone planning a move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Moving is a stressful time for anyone. My favorite part is seeing the relief on the customers face when they are assured the move will be done professionally and with no issues.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained on how to properly protect and move all types of furniture. This is done through on the job training along with training manuals.
