TJ and his crew were delightful. They were completely respectful of our property, they worked efficiently and diligently to get our POD unloaded and to distribute our belongings into the locations we specified to them. We would definitely hire them again.

The movers were very pleasant to work with but the service was relatively slow. We were initially charged for an extra 30 minutes that they took a lunch but after bringing this up to the company, they refunded us the time. We had hired 2 workers but they brought an extra, which is good as they were able to trade off. I do think that the work could have been completed in less time however, especially at $200/ hr and $150/ hr for additional time. It took 2.5-3 hours to load a 16ft truck with all larger items (bookshelves, tv stand, etc.) and then about 1 hour to off load. Also, the legs on our TV stand were broken when loading it into the truck. I believe they could improve given some time but we won't be using this company for moving again.

Yes, things went well. They communicated with me from the very beginning when scheduled. It was easy to reschedule when the pod was late arriving. Mick and Lonzo were friendly, careful with all items, fast and efficient.

The movers seemed inexperienced. But on the plus side, they sent an extra mover at no added cost, and the job was finished half an hour earlier than expected. Furthermore, when I had some initial issues, they were very accommodating, and contacted me directly to address my concerns.
