I will never use hire a helper. Or Christian brothers moving ever again, not after the experience. I just issued this past weekend. You all referred me to these people. They use a third party U-haul is not responsible for my loss, even though they set the appointment for me to pick up my 26 foot U-haul truck november 30th, between 8:09 AM. In Jefferson City Tennessee, the guy who was supposed to come in and give me the keys for the truck. I guess decided that he wouldn't come to work that morning or that day. So I had to find a truck. Elsewhere in another city, meanwhile, my helpers. We're on the clock from 8:30 AM that morning. And we didn't get started loading the truck till 1130 am and Christian brothers charged me an extra 400 in $5 for those 3 hours that they didn't work.
Which I understand so you haul should have been responsible. But they didn't fess up to it. I live off of disability only and I can't afford a loss of $405 for help that I did not get. It's a sad world. We live in because consumers have to pay the price for all of big business wrong doings.
We pay their salary. One of the CEO's of U. Haul is worth $5.9 billion.

Fast, efficient and friendly, they unloaded our full truck and moved us in to an upstairs apartment in under two hours. Highly recommend.

Floyd and Chris were conscientious, pleasant, polite and conversational. They were careful with walls and floors. Dwayne , their lead, was super supportive and helpful as well. In 2 hours they did full unloading of a 16ft PODS unit (all the furniture for a 3 bedroom house) and assembled furniture as needed with only one exception where we could not find where the packing company had put the screws for that piece of furniture to be reassembled. ( not their fault!!) and they kept apologizing for not being able to finish that though it wasn’t their fault at all!
Would recommend Christian Brothers and especially these three guys in particular!

These guys were awesome! They were on time, worked the hardest I’ve ever seen movers work, and I was impressed at how prepared they were to move us! They came with the large rolls of
moving wrap and wrapped all of our furniture to avoid damage. The crew was also great at communicating with each other and me. I would ABSOLUTELY hire these guys again and recommend them!

Moving is a stressful time for anyone. My favorite part is seeing the relief on the customers face when they are assured the move will be done professionally and with no issues.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained on how to properly protect and move all types of furniture. This is done through on the job training along with training manuals.
