They were on time and worked most of the time. I think one guy took a break during our two hour time slot but we’re good. I thought they packed our Uhaul good until we unpacked and some items were damaged.

I used them twice before. Once for unloading a 16 ft pod and another for transferring one trailer contents side by side. They were very good.
Then this time we used them again and my husband was not present. Perhaps they did not like working for the wife. We unloaded a 16 ft pod again.
They arrived a little early. They drove fast over the driveway and kicking up rocks for the part not paved. I explained my concerns and the attitude seemed to change.
When I was talking to the boss and showing the rooms in the house they walked away. I did not have their full attention sadly.
The physical moving of items went well and nothing was damaged or broken. However many items went to the wrong rooms. When I had them change and remove the items one of the younger workers scolded me that the rooms should have been labeled He was not at the walk through
Even if I changed my mind it was not his place to be rude to me. The other two young ones were respectful the entire time. Perhaps it was not good doing a 730 AM Saturday move yet it was their request to move my 9 to 10 start to 730. oh well.
So we have 2 uhaul containers and a storage unit coming. We have decided to use another company for that move. It was the respect and attitude that changed our mind not the moving quality. They were tipped and paid well for that quality work. We just choose not to have all the drama (believe me there were a lot of comments all from the same bad apple) we tipped the crew not to let one bad apple ruin the bunch.
Thank you for using us the one time, You were very interesting to work with, we showed up ten minutes before our job time and I drove in my prius at 10 miles an hour and parked in the gravel driveway that you had, you then scolded me and said that we are already starting off to a bad start, I didn't walk away from anything but tending to the guys, Everything changed when you hit my guy on the hand because he did not listen to you, telling him that you wanted him off the property. I called hire a helper and threatened to call Nampa Police if you didn't sit down and let us do our jobs. As for finding another company to do your move, we are ok with that. The crew that came out has done many moves and we have not had the issues that we had with you. Good luck in the future.

Although they arrived late due to a last second personnel change, the guys got right to work. They did a good job lugging some heavy items up two flights of stairs and were efficient in getting a ton of boxes to the right locations in our rental. I would hire them again next time.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact the customer and customize the move to fit the customers needs.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will have the movers show up within the pre arranged time ready to go with all moving gear.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
As a customer, we recommend that all boxes are labeled and ready to go. One thing that we do emphasize is that the customer provides plenty of moving blankets, rope or tie down straps and tape. Our main goal is to make sure that your belongings do not get damaged. We will happily wrap your items in moving blankets and make sure that your belongings will not get damaged.
What types of moves have you handled?
In our many years in business, we have handled quite a few local moves (100 mile radius), plenty of long distance cross country moves and corporate/office moving.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love interacting with the customer, It helps us get to know how we can make the next customers experience better, we are more than happy to give advice on moving. We understand that this is a very stressful time and we have personally been through it too.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide plenty of hands on training with other crew members, many of our crew members have previous experience with national moving companies and are experienced in the moving industry.
