Gene and Scott did a great job unloading our POD. They worked easily with our schedule which changed due to an issue getting the POD door open. I would use them again if I needed moving labor help.

They arrived a little late but adjusted the time 'on the job' to reflect the lateness, so no complaints there. They were courteous and genuinely helpful. At one point, we needed a tool to break down a piece of furniture. To my surprise, they didn't bring the tool needed but were able to improvise with a different tool. As far as I can tell, they worked the whole time with no breaks. I may have two new dings in my front door. I saw one occur, but in general they seemed careful with my goods. The load seems secure and ship shape, but of course seeing the POD (shipping container) loaded is only half the story. I won't know for sure how good the loading was until I unload later and see the condition of goods on arrival. Who knows whether I will be allowed to update this review at that time? Knowing what I know today, I would surely hire them again.

They were on time, respectful and super friendly but overall I was disappointed. They didn't fill the truck above about 5ft and so they had to leave a bunch behind. It was a 26ft truck so that shouldn't have been a problem. They had said they got everything from in the house but when I went back I found a number of pieces left behind. It took me 4 trips and 3 hours to get the rest of the items to my new location which was only 5 minutes away.

These guys rock! They moved everything in a POD into our house with speed and care. They kept me updated on how they were doing and if there were any issues with the packing I needed to be aware of. They were friendly, willing to take my thoughts and ideas into consideration. I highly recommend them. I kept Scott's number in event I need anything else moved.

We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.

Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.
