They took their time unloading and required more time then it took loading with another company on the other end of my move. I know we had alot to unload but it shouldn't take longer than loading in my opinion. They were nice just very slow.

I was very happy with them until after they left. I knew that they were trying to bring a couch into my basement thru the basement sliding glass door and that after a few attempts, the couch was too big and they had to put it into the basement thru a different door. After they left, I was walking thru the house locking up all of the doors and discovered that they had damaged the screen door on my basement sliding glass door. It is now bent and misaligned so that it no longer shuts properly or will lock. They also damaged the couch trying to make it fit thru the doorway. Aside from this incident, they did great with everything else. They were on time, quick, and efficient.

We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.

Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.
