TAN: Tough As Nails showed up on time and were prepared to work! We had an unload situation only as we had 4- 16’ Pods stuffed to the gills. The young men were extremely respectful to us and our property. They all (4 workers) worked hard and there was no standing around. I would highly recommend them and if needed in the future, they would be my first choice to schedule. They did an AWESOME job for us.

Did they work hard?
Like all moving teams, 50% of the crew wanted to work, where the hardest work came from the leaders of the crew. They were punctual and professional. The other workers were on thier phones 50% of the time and did 1/2 the work as the others. They all were very respectful to us, and had great attitudes.
Were they respectful of your property and goods?
I had damage from a falling professional tool box which cost me $1K new. The strap slipped off and it fell over in the truck. We also had minor damage to some other furniture which was more minor. It took 2 trucks to move to Nashville from Michigan and 3 trips or 3 trucks to move it across town. A better job at loading would be wise.
Would you use them again?
I would not only due to the fact we were quoted $1800 and by the time all was said and done it was a $2500 job. I had a damaged tool box ($1K), charged an extra day for the truck and pads ($80) as the job wasnt completed in one day, and it took from 8:30AM till 8:00PM the first day without getting it all loaded and unloaded with 5 guys. They came the next day and spent 2 more hours unloading the next truck. 12 hours to load and unload (3) trucks with 5 guys.

Lawrence and Bailey did great. Arrived on time. They were very respectful and made sure they put everything exactly how i wanted it. They worked hard and worked good together. They unloaded my POD container before the 2 hours was up, also assembled my bed and did some junk removal. I am very grateful for how smooth they made everything today! Their prices are reasonable compared to a lot of other places and they actually did better in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this company. I just hope all the employees are as great as Lawrence and Bailey. Thank you guys!
