Excellent communication. Arrived as expected. Unloaded the truck without incident. Asked about arrangement of furniture and confirmed where I wanted things. Asked many times if I wanted anything moved or changed.
My only negative - He made a sexist comment (referring to his helper/girlfriend) even after I scolded him for an earlier comment.
