First, A Plus Moving was an hour and 15min late from the 9-10AM arrival window (arrived at 11:15AM). I had to call and ask for ETA multiple times. Then the main connect, John, arrived wearing crocs. In opinion are not proper shoes for moving furniture and boxes. John had an awful attitude the entire time. Complained about everything and treated his assist very poorly. Dwayne, the assist, was very nice and professional as much as he could be with John being the lead. They didn't finish loading a 21ft truck in 4hrs. Everything was packed and furniture was already wrapped for them. They only had to load it. They were very slow. In my opinion, that was on purpose. Then John said 2hrs in "this isn't going to be finished in 4hrs, I'm not sure if you had another plan" - and moaned and complained when I asked why. I've moved across the country twice and I knew it could be done in 4hrs if they were moving a bit faster. I asked for all furniture and appliances to be blanketed (and provided the blankets) - nothing in the truck was blanketed by them if I hadn't already wrapped it. I hope nothing will be damaged but I have a feeling something will be. They cleaned up 15min early and packed his hand trucks and left. We had to hire extra people the next day to finish. The other company completed the rest in 45min. I WOULD NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

I can't imagine a better packing experience than what I had with John and his assistant, Courtney. They arrived exactly when they said they would, worked from the moment they arrived and never stopped until the job was completed. When they arrived I showed them all I had to pack and was very concerned that it would all fit. Not only did John work some type of miracle by getting everything into the 8 foot POD I had, but they did it quickly, efficiently and in good humor. If you're familiar with the saying of "stuffing 10 pounds "sh** into a 5 pound bag" then you may appreciate that they did just that. I am awesomely impressed and very grateful for their experience and hard work. I absolutely recommend "Absolutely The Best Movers" and encourage you to consider them if you're in need of a bit of help for your next move.

The movers were on time, prepared for the job. They did exactly what we needed to move and did not hit anything even in tight spaces. They were really respectful as well. I would hire them again!

Just moved from out of state to Florida and found these guys online. they were early and very professional in every aspect. worked quick and worked with me when I changed my mind where I wanted stuff in the house also treated my belongings with care as they would their own. I will be keeping their numbers and refer them to others needing professional down to earth guys. Once again very happy with the work done.
