John and Harry did a great job loading up our POD. John is a master at filling every inch, although we didnt get all of our stuff in, he packed it more then we would have thought. We went with them because of all the great reviews, and were not disappointed. Highly recommend!

John and his crew were late. They said they missed an offramp, yet refused directions the rest of the day because they have gps. The good: John packed the truck very very well. Nothing was damaged in the drive, and he packed a lot in. Kudos. The bad: one of his crew broke the leg off a table forcing it through a doorway. Later, John insulted my wife. Later he lost his cool and cursed at her. Ok, so he was unprofessional and extremely opinionated (as you can see from every response he writes here), but that doesn't mean his work was bad. It was slow, though. It takes time to pack a masterpiece, and the 3 of us were standing and waiting. Lastly, the new house sustained a lot of gouges in the wood floors. Ouch.

A Plus Moving really lived up to their name. They were on time, had all the equipment for the job. John and Harry worked very hard and efficiently. They were very careful and respectful of our property. We would definitely use them again. I can't say enough about this company.

They call movers professionals for a reason and John Harvath proved that today along with Hairy. These professionals surgically moved 1,400 Cubic Square Feet or 10,000lbs into a 26FT U-Haul in 6.5 hours. This includes the time to remove and restructure four hours of self moved furniture and boxes from the previous day. They responded to our panic as we thought there was no way to get our four bedroom home and garage into this U-Haul. John responded in less than two hours of our call into HireAHelper. They never once complained about the heat as they worked through midday temperatures of 90+ degrees and never once asked for anything. The only thing requested was our guidance on were items were so they could most efficiently pack our truck. As a military member... I was proud to work along side these two gentlemen and hope that any other military personnel strongly consider requesting John Harvath and his team (Hairy and Sophie - Mascot) with any portion of their move. Our family can't thank them enough. I'd select them at our destination if we weren't moving out of state. Not enough could be said about their professionalism this evening.

I had to arrange for helpers over a hundred miles away, and they arrived when promised and did exactly what the job called for. I had booked three helpers, but the job leader said two would be enough. The order was modified and the partial refund showed up on my bank statement a couple of days later with no prompting by me. I needed certainty long distance, and I got it. I'm very pleased.
