What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect to receive a call from one of our moving coordinators to go over the details of your move to ensure everything is set up for a smooth and pleasant move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will contact 30 minute before hand to give an ETA, upon arrival they will take a walkthrough the house with you to see the items needing to be moved and to hear your any concerns that you may have regarding the items being moved. A crew member will coordinate efforts between the team members and you. The time ends when the last piece is set down.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please ensure all boxes are properly packed to the top and taped shot. All appliances, drawers, desks and shelves need to be emptied. Appliances need to be unplugged. Mattresses should be put in plastic bags and TVs should be boxed up to be considered properly packed. Ensure the pathway in and out of the house is clear for movers to walk through.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew is very experienced and knowledgeable. Those newer to the field are put through a 3 weeks long course where the veteran movers teach them about technique and various details of moving items and things to look for for a safe move.
