We hired A.B. Industries to load a POD storage unit for us. The two guys they sent over, Jeff and Bill, were amazing. They were on time, and were constantly communicating with each other. Aaron, their manager, contacted me a day or two before to ask questions about the move, and explained everything to me. He also called me the day of. They worked very hard, and moved a lot of very heavy things. We had three flights of stairs. But they never stopped, nor did they complain. They were very respectful of our belongings and wrapped everything carefully. We would definitely use them again. They did end up staynig for extra time, but it was because we had some furniture that needed to be taken apart, so we were happy to have their assistance. They were very careful when taking apart our bed, which ended up being rather complicated. We would without a doubt hire them again!

They were on time and interacted in a very professional friendly manner. We had many challenges with large pieces of expensive furniture and the guys went far above and beyond the call of duty in moving these big pieces to 2 locations. They handled all of these pieces with care and no damage occurred. The work exceeded my initial time estimate and the team committed to staying until the job was done - after 10pm on a Saturday night is when we finished. I am very grateful and would highly recommend them.
