Aaron contacted us before the job to verify our information which is good because the date was incorrect! He was very courteous and helpful. He made the necessary changes to the order and scheduled arrival time. Bill and Josh arrived a few minutes early, were friendly, polite and seem to be formulating a game plan as we showed them through the house. They went to work right away, worked quickly and efficiently for the next 4 hours. They took special care using moving blankets and wrap on my wood furniture. These two guys were definitely professional and we would hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing movers.

This crew was represented to me as an experienced, professional loading team. The damages my furniture and household goods suffered as a result of the move are evidence that they were, in fact, clueless. Not one piece of furniture or box arrived at the destination unscathed. We're still assessing the damage.
The crew was on time and worked hard, but should have been supervised by someone who understands how to load and secure items for a safe arrival. I would absolutely not use them again.

The helpers that were hired from A.B. Industries were very professional. They took care into moving my things without damaging anything. They also were very good at utilizing the space in the rental truck. I would hire these guys for another job for sure if I needed help in the Portage Michigan area again or if someone I knew was looking for help.
