Eric from asap moving was Rude and hired through hire help
Eric was rude before he started working he was asking for more money and saying how he was not getting paid so I would have to pay him more than extra hours. They used our dog leash to hold our futon bed.
They actually broke our bed frame.
They took 3 hours to load a job that should of been 1 hour. Do I would not hire again.......Horrible loading skills .
- In HireAHelper's experience, this sort of job could take up to 2 Helpers for 5 Hours.

Eric and Caleb are THE BEST! when it comes to loading or unloading a truck! I came down with a sinus cold and was unable to unload my Uhaul and contacted them almost last minute and they were here, not on time, BUT EARLY! They handled everything with the upmost care and handling of everything, whether it be light or heavy and we’re very prompt in getting everything into the apartment before the Uhaul needed to be returned. If I ever need to move again, I know who I’m calling!!

Horrible horrible Service!
Eric Manager ripped everyone off. We paid double for second addl day of help and he did not share w workers. The helpers NEVER got paid.
Hubby gave Supervisor $100/each for tips and workers did not even get that.
Many things were broken, lamps, cabinets, dining g table

Excellent work. Showed up early and finished job with speed and efficiency. I couldn’t believe they packed all my stuff in half the truck I had. I could have rented a smaller truck. Unloaded my truck yesterday and haven’t found anything that was damaged during the 2000 mile drive. I recommend them very highly. Thank you Eric for everything.

The crew arrived in the timeframe provided and followed directions well. Eric was meticulous in planning out the walking route (since we were moving in-complex) and wrapping our belongings appropriately to lessen the chances of damage. He was able to direct his crew effectively with the best techniques on how to move the furniture. They all asked questions and worked cohesively together with us. All of our belongings made it safely and no damage to the buildings in the process either. I would use their services again.

These guys were great movers. I had a last minute move, and they were responsive right away. They called me after I booked and showed up promptly the next day to move. We were packing a whole office for storage, and they came up with the plan to efficiently pack it. These guys were solid.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Relief & professionalism. They also can expect to get more items in their POD or Pack-rat / Rental Truck than they expected. They should expect to save a bunch of money on PODS and the Amount of PODS they need to move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A Early arrival & communication. A day %100 dedicated to getting their job done in a efficient time with no damages or mistakes.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure you have blankets! If you are renting a POD or Pack-Rat Be sure to tell them to throw 1-2 dozen blankets in the container before its delivered. Most of the time they don't even charge you. Also gather any washable blankets , sheets or towels we can use for protection... This way you don't have to break the bank on blankets. We also have started to use Boxes from Home depot. Lowes or Walmart. We can cut the boxes open and use them for TV crating, protection of Glass & Surfaces for stacking.
What types of moves have you handled?
NYC jewelry store to LA, NYC home building associations , residential moves, Las Vegas Convention Center (Santee Cosmetics), Oz mannequins + Commercial Appliance Moves. I also moved Rosie O'donnel & Michelle Rounds & many other celebs.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
New scenery & meeting cool. interesting nice people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We watch you tube moving self help videos to stay fresh & consider new techniques to add to our skill sets. We also stretch daily & incorporate cardio into our lives to stay conditioned.
