Horrible movers. They literally put metal against my leather chair and it totally ruined my chair! Multiple other items were damaged due to shotty placement in my freight truck. They stacked heavy equipment on lighter items which of course destroyed said items. BEWARE!!

This is the first time we have heard about this, and I'm sorry that you feel we're horrible considering we have been in the business for many years Dylan. We would've been more than happy to address your concerns if they would've been brought to our attention which they have not. Also, for the protection of our customers and ourselves, we take pictures of every job before we leave the job site. We are not responsible for transportation because we do not transport. I also personally came out out there and checked up on my guys that day and everything went fine after looking at the pictures from your move, sir everything looked fantastic. He might really want to check with the transport company regarding the way things were handled, but as you can see in your file from the day, we did your move. We uploaded the pictures and everything was intact and strapped off and stacked properly. I even have the pictures that I sent you a text message earlier. Please reconsider your review due to the fact that this must be a misunderstanding. Also, I would like to bring to everybody's attention and yourself Dylan that you did not provide the proper blankets that is required by Hire A Helper when we are loading your items you are completely responsible as the customer to provide at least one blanket per item. You did not provide any blankets as you can see in the pictures that were taken above.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

The More Prepared you are the Easier things with be for you and the movers, and the lower the cost with be for you in the end.

We only Hire and Provide Professional, Experienced movers.We go through a very Exclusive and detailed training process before hiring our crew and staff.

Same Day Moves

We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We refund for any unused time over our min..

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.

All crew and Staff are Required to wear face masks on every job, (always included, no fee)
Furniture dolly or straps:
Multiple 4-wheel dollies, (always included, no fee)
Hand tools for assembly:
We provide all the tools Necessary to Assemble and Disassemble Furniture & Appliances, (always included, no fee)
Hand truck:
Hand Trucks, 4-wheel Dolly, Shrink Wrap, Rope & Tie Downs,Blankets, All the tools to get the job done right!!!, (always included, no fee)
Plastic wrap:
We offer Unlimited shrink wrap for $34 = One full industrial size roll, ($35.00/ea.)
Rope:
We Provide all the Ropes, Tie downs and straps to Protect your Belongings and Furniture, ($10.00/ea.)
